Super Salad Dressing
This yummy dressing goes especially well with mixed greens, tomatoes, and salmon.
Ingredients

- can substitute avocado oil

2 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar

1 tsp water

1 tsp lemon (lime, or orange juice (fresh squeeze))

1/6 clove garlic

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp fresh parsley

1/2 tsp maple syrup
- optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
