Tandoori Chicken
This traditional Indian dish features succulent chicken marinated in a blend of yogurt and aromatic spices.
Ingredients

1 - 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/4 tsp ginger

1/2 garlic cloves

2 tbsp plain low-fat yogurt
- dairy-free yogurt optional

3/4 tsp lemon juice
- fresh squeezed

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cumin
-
1/4 tsp ground coriander
-
1/8 tsp chili powder
-
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in large bowl except the chicken. Mix well.
- Add chicken and stir so all chicken is coated with sauce.
- Place in fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Heat grill to medium heat. Shake off excess sauce, put chicken on grill, and cook for approximately 4 minutes per side.
