Tomato Salad
A great side for any meal!
Ingredients

1/4 tomato
- diced, I love the Heirlooms

1 1/2 tsp red onion
- diced small

3/4 oz mozzarella
- fresh, diced

1 tbsp basil
- fresh

1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 1/2 tsp olive oil

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut tomatoes into thick slices (approximately 4 slices/tomato).
- Place on platter.
- Cover tomatoes with onions, mozzarella, basil. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
