Tomato Soup

This homemade tomato soup is sure to warm your heart and soul!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put broth, onion, celery, and tomatoes in a pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Put tomato mixture in a blender and blend until smooth and pour back in pot.  
  4. Add yogurt or milk, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve warm soup in a bowl and top with basil.
