Tropical Fruit Salad
Enjoy a little slice of paradise with this yummy and refreshing salad!
Ingredients

1/5 papaya

1/10 pineapple

1/5 avocado

2 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- fresh squeezed is preferred

1/2 tsp mint leaves
- fresh, chopped

1/5 head butter lettuce
Instructions
- Chop papayas, pineapple, and avocado into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.
- Mix lemon juice and mint leaves together. Pour mixture over fruit and toss lightly. Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a papaya half-shell.
