Yummy Cooked Bananas
Ingredients

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 banana
- sliced in 1/2 rounds

1/8 cup orange juice

1/8 cup pecans
- chopped, can use walnuts or almonds
Instructions
- Put oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Once oil is melted, place the bananas in cut side down.
- Cook for approx. 2 min. and flip (banana should be browned before you flip it).
- Pour OJ over bananas and add nuts. Cook for additional 2 min or until bananas are soft.
