Zucchini and Mushroom Sauté
If you're looking for a simple side to compliment most anything, this is it.
Ingredients

1 zucchini
- julienned

3/4 cup mushrooms
- sliced

1 tsp fresh basil
- chopped

2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add zucchini and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and basil and cook, stirring, until softened, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
