Zucchini, Ground Beef & Egg
Enjoy an egg this way for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
Ingredients

1/2 cup zucchini
- sliced thin

1/6 cup ground beef
- cooked, grassfed is best or chorizo

1 egg

1 tsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add single lawyer of zucchini and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes. Flip zucchini over and sprinkle cooked ground beef on top. Add 1 egg. Cover and cook over low heat until egg is set (about 5 min).
