Zucchini Parmesan Chips
Ingredients

1 egg

1 tbsp milk
- your choice of milk

1-2 zucchinis
- sliced 1/4"-1/2"

1/2-1 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- Whisk the egg and milk together in a bowl. Toss in all of the slices of zucchini into egg and milk mixture.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on a plate or in a shallow bowl and dip one side of the coated zucchini into the parmesan.
- Place coated slices flat on a baking sheet - cheese side up. Place baking sheet into a 400ºoven and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
