Zucchini Parmesan Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 400º.
  2. Whisk the egg and milk together in a bowl. Toss in all of the slices of zucchini into egg and milk mixture.
  3. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on a plate or in a shallow bowl and dip one side of the coated zucchini into the parmesan.
  4. Place coated slices flat on a baking sheet - cheese side up. Place baking sheet into a 400ºoven and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
