Ahi Tuna
If you're in the mood for something light, elegant, and bursting with flavor, seared ahi tuna is the perfect choice!
Ingredients

1/4 pound tuna steak
- sashimi grade; diced into small pieces

1 tsp soy sauce
- gf options available

1 tsp coconut oil

1/3 tsp sesame seeds

wasabi
- to taste
Instructions
- Rub the wasabi over the tuna and then pour half of the soy sauce over the thawed ahi tuna,
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds and cover the tuna to create a crust.
- Heat the coconut oil in a sauté pan on high heat. Gently place the tuna in the pan and sear both sides for about 30 seconds (you can cook if desired).
