Instructions

  1. Rub the wasabi over the tuna and then pour half of the soy sauce over the thawed ahi tuna,
  2. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and cover the tuna to create a crust.
  3. Heat the coconut oil in a sauté pan on high heat. Gently place the tuna in the pan and sear both sides for about 30 seconds (you can cook if desired).
