Apple Sundae
Ingredients

1 apple
- cored and diced

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp almond butter
- or real peanut butter
-
1 tsp maple syrup (100% pure (optional))

1/8 cup pecans chopped

1/2 cup yogurt
- optional
Instructions
- Put diced apples and cinnamon in a pan with 1/4 Cup Water.
- Cover and cook over medium heat until apples are just soft.
- Drain excess liquid from pan. Add almond or peanut butter, syrup and peacns and stir.
- Can be served over yogurt or just on their own.
