Balsamic and Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
This roasted cauliflower will be the star of the table with its caramelized balsamic and melted cheese.
Ingredients

1 cup cauliflower
- cut in 1" pieces

3/4 tsp olive oil

3/4 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- shredded

1 pinch dried marjoram
- optional

salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Toss the cauliflower, oil, marjoram, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread on a large rimmed baking sheet and roast until starting to soften and brown on the bottom - about 15-20 minutes.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower with balsamic and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and roast until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
