Balsamic Chicken w/ Veggies
Ingredients

1/3 cup peppers
- diced

1/3 cup onions
- diced

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup chicken
- diced
Instructions
- Toss the peppers, onions, chicken, zucchini, squash and chicken into a frying pan with olive oil on medium high heat, stirring consistently.
- Stir in the balsamic and let it cook into the ingredients.
- Remove from heat once mixture is at your desired temperature and top with salt and pepper! Enjoy :)
