Beef Stir-Fry with Fermented Vegetables

- any cut, grass-fed preferable

1/2 cup bell pepper
- diced

1/2 cup broccoli
- diced

1/4 cup onions
- diced

1 tsp soy sauce
- or Braggs liquid aminos

1 tbsp kimchi

1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Pour oil into a pan. Add beef and veggies in a pan over medium heat for 10 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
- Stir in kimchi and cook additional minute and serve.
