Biscuits and Gravy

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.  Mix together all biscuit ingredients until all mumps are gone. Place heaping spoonful of dough on cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake for 10 minutes
  2. Put sausage in a pan. Cook over medium heat. Break up meat into small pieces as it cooks. When meat is almost done sprinkle ground flax seed over meat and stir well. Add yogurt and milk. Cook over low heat for 5-7 more minutes.
  3. Slice biscuits in 1/2 and pour gravy over.
