Bok choy pairs well with a variety of dishes, adding a fresh and crunchy element.

1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash and slice the bok choy into 2-inch lengths.
- Pour oil into a hot wok, add ginger, and let it sizzle for 15 seconds. Add bok choy into the wok. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Salt to taste.
