  1. I highly recommend drinking 1 cup each morning. It's one of the best things you can do for your bones, hair and other things!!
  2. Place all ingredients in a large pot or slow cooker.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 12–24 hours. The longer it cooks, the better it will taste and more nutritious it will be.
  5. Allow the broth to cool. Strain it into a large container and discard the solids.
  6. Homemade bone broth can typically last in the fridge for up to 7 days. To preserve it longer, you can freeze it for up to 12 months.
