Bruschetta Avocado
Replace the bread with an avocado for this delicious bruschetta to make it a healthy and tasty option.
Ingredients

1/2 avocado

1/2 tomato
- large, diced, and seeds discarded

1/8 cup basil
- fresh, chopped

1 1/2 tsp onion
- finely chopped

1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 1/2 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- Cut avocado in 1/2 and remove pit.
- Add tomato, basil, onion, vinegar, oil, salt, and paper into a bowl and stir.
- Fill the bruschetta mixture into the avocado half and enjoy.
