Caramel Apple Breakfast Smoothie
This is a delicious, guilt-free, ready-to-eat smoothie!
Ingredients

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 apple
- diced

1 1/2 tsp chia seeds

1 1/2 pitted dates

1 tbsp oats
-
1/2 tsp cinnamon
- you can add more or less, it is up to you
-
1/4 avocado
-
1/2 cup spinach
- optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a plastic ziplock bag, except for the almond milk. Lay flat in the freezer.
- When you are in the mood for a smoothie, grab the bag from the freezer, empty the frozen ingredients into your blender, add the cup of almond milk, blend, and enjoy!
