Caramelized Peaches Topped with Berry Jelly
This is a summer delight!
Ingredients

1/2 peach
- ripe
-
1 tsp coconut oil
- can substitute butter

1 tsp blueberry jelly (low sugar)

Instructions
- Cut peaches in half and remove pits.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place peach, flat side down, in skillet and heat until caramelized. Remove peaches from skillet and spoon a tsp of healthy* fruit jelly on top of cooked peach.
- Remove peaches from the skillet and spoon a tablespoon of healthy* fruit jelly on top of the cooked peach.
