Caramelized Peaches Topped with Berry Jelly

  1. Cut peaches in half and remove pits.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place peach, flat side down, in skillet and heat until caramelized. Remove peaches from skillet and spoon a tsp of healthy* fruit jelly on top of cooked peach.
  3. Remove peaches from the skillet and spoon a tablespoon of healthy* fruit jelly on top of the cooked peach.
