Chia Bowl

Ingredients

- any kind will work - I like coconut milk

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Dairy-free if needed

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp pecans

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut

Instructions
- Put milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and vanilla in large mason jar with a lid and shake well. Place in fridge overnight. Scoop into a bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
