Cilantro Lime Sauce
To use this dressing, simply drizzle it over your favorite salads, grilled meats, seafood, or vegetables for a burst of fresh flavor. This dressing also makes a delicious dipping sauce for appetizers like spring rolls or chicken skewers.
Ingredients

1/4 jalapeño pepper
- stem and seeds removed

1/4 cup cilantro

1 1/2 tsp lime juice
- fresh squeezed

1/6 cup milk
- you can use cashew milk or plain yogurt for a thicker sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- After you remove the stem and seeds from jalapeño, wrap it in foil and put in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
- Place jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
