Fish Tacos
Ingredients

1 tortilla
- we used flour

1/2 fillet tilapia
- cooked

1/2 cup roasted vegetables
- any kind

1/3 avocado
- sliced

2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp lime juice

1 tsp fresh dill
- or 1/4 tsp dried

salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fish in an oiled pan over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Arrange your cooked fish, roasted vegetables, avocado and sauce onto your tortilla.
- Roll up and enjoy!
