Greek Yogurt Bowl
Proof that healthy can taste amazing!
Ingredients

¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup berries
- mixed

1 tbsp flaxseed
- ground or chia seeds

2 tbsp pecans
- chopped
Instructions
- Cook berries in a pan on the stovetop until soft and juicy. Put in the fridge and cool.
- Mix yogurt with pecans and seeds.
- Spoon berries over yogurt and stir. Top with pecans and seeds. Enjoy!
