Green Salsa Chicken
You can use this chicken with several of our recipes including Mexican Zucchini & Chicken Lasagna and White Bean Chili Verde.
Ingredients

1/4 lb chicken breasts

1/4 cup green salsa
- jarred
Instructions
- Put ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for at least 4 hours. Can cook in a covered put on stovetop over low heat for 40 minutes instead of using the slow cooker.
- Shred chicken using 2 forks while chicken is hot and return to salsa.
