Hoisin Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
- small head broken into small florets

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp Sriracha

2 tbsp olive oil
- can use avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 420°F.
- In a bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, Sriracha, and oil until well combined.
- Add cauliflower florets to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce mixture over the cauliflower and toss well to coat evenly.
- Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for about 30 minutes, or until deep golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
