  1. Preheat the oven to 420°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, Sriracha, and oil until well combined.
  3. Add cauliflower florets to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce mixture over the cauliflower and toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for about 30 minutes, or until deep golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from oven and serve warm.
