  1. Add tahini and 4 or 5 garlic cloves into a blender or food processor.
  2. Juice 1 lemon into the tahini mixture, and then blend together for around 5-10 seconds until well-mixed. Consistency should be fairly thick.
  3. Add in the can of garbanzo beans (drain and rinse them before adding them in).
  4. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and some salt and pepper. Blend mixture until well-mixed and creamy.
  5. Serve with jicama, cucumbers, and jicama to dip!
