Lemony Wilted Spinach
Both lemon and spinach are rich in vitamins and antioxidants so this is not only delicious, it's nutritious!
Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic
- thinly sliced

1/2 lemon juice
- fresh squeezed

2 cups spinach
- packed, can substitute power greens

1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Add olive oil and garlic to a skillet, and cook over medium heat, stirring often.
- When garlic begins to brown add lemon juice and spinach.
- Cook for 1 minute and then stir. Stir every 30 seconds until leaves are wilted. Add salt. Stir and serve.
