Lemony Wilted Spinach

Both lemon and spinach are rich in vitamins and antioxidants so this is not only delicious, it's nutritious!

Instructions

  1. Add olive oil and garlic to a skillet, and cook over medium heat, stirring often.
  2. When garlic begins to brown add lemon juice and spinach.
  3. Cook for 1 minute and then stir. Stir every 30 seconds until leaves are wilted. Add salt. Stir and serve.
