Muesli Pancakes

Packed with whole grains, nuts, and fruit, they’re hearty, protein-rich, and naturally satisfying. Muesli is a better choice than granola because it has no added sugar!

  1. Blend all ingredients
  2. Combine ingredients. Pour the banana mixture into a bowl and fold in the muesli and chopped pecans. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Cook the pancakes. Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and grease with butter or oil. Scoop batter for pancakes into pan
  4. Flip and finish. Cover and Cook for 2–3 minutes/ Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Microwave berries or cook in pan over low heat until soft and juicy. Smoosh with a fork and pour over pancakes
