Ingredients

2 tbsp nuts
- raw or roasted, unsalted

1 pinch sea salt
- to taste
Instructions
- Blend or process the nuts in a small food processor, coffee grinder, or high-speed blender.
- Pulse until creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This may take 3–5 minutes depending on your equipment.
- Add a pinch of salt, blend again, and taste.
- Transfer to a small jar or use immediately.
