  1. Blend or process the nuts in a small food processor, coffee grinder, or high-speed blender.
  2. Pulse until creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This may take 3–5 minutes depending on your equipment.
  3. Add a pinch of salt, blend again, and taste.
  4. Transfer to a small jar or use immediately.
