Orange, Ginger & Soy Salmon

This is an easy and healthy orange-ginger salmon marinade with sweet and bright flavors and it only takes five minutes to prep!

  1. Place salmon in a large zip lock bag. Add the remaining ingredients and seal the bag. Place in fridge for 1-8 hours.
  2. Remove salmon from bag and grill, broil, bake, or pan sear.
  3. Pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan. Cook over high heat until reduced by half and slightly thickened.
  4. Plate the salmon and pour sauce over it.
