Orange, Ginger & Soy Salmon
This is an easy and healthy orange-ginger salmon marinade with sweet and bright flavors and it only takes five minutes to prep!
Ingredients

1/4 lb salmon fillet

1/4 cup orange juice
- fresh squeezed recommended

1 1/2 tsp ginger
- grated

1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- use Braggs liquid amino for a gluten-free option
Instructions
- Place salmon in a large zip lock bag. Add the remaining ingredients and seal the bag. Place in fridge for 1-8 hours.
- Remove salmon from bag and grill, broil, bake, or pan sear.
- Pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan. Cook over high heat until reduced by half and slightly thickened.
- Plate the salmon and pour sauce over it.
