Pan-Fried Fish the Italian Way
Enjoy the fish of your choice with these delicious Italian seasonings!
Ingredients

8 oz fish
- I use tilapia but you can use any fish

1 tsp dried basil

1/4 cup fresh basil
- chopped

2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp olive oil

1 dash crushed red pepper

salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Heat up your olive oil in pan on medium heat. Season one side of fish (salt, pepper, dried basil) and put the seasoned side down in the frying pan. Once in the pan, season the remaining side.
- Cook fish on both sides for about 4 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink. Plate and serve!
