Instructions

  1. Heat up your olive oil in pan on medium heat. Season one side of fish (salt, pepper, dried basil) and put the seasoned side down in the frying pan. Once in the pan, season the remaining side.
  2. Cook fish on both sides for about 4 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink. Plate and serve!
