Pasta with Chicken and Wilted Greens
Chicken and vibrant greens are tossed with al dente pasta, creating a hearty and delicious full-meal deal!
Ingredients

1/8 cup chicken broth

1/2 clove garlic

1/4 cup grape tomatoes
- halved

1 cup power greens
- organic is preferred

1/2 cup chicken
- cooked and diced

1/4 tsp salt and pepper
- to taste

1 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese
- grated

1/2 cup cooked penne pasta
- cook according to package
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic, and cook until garlic is just soft.
- Add the power greens, tomatoes, broth, and chicken. Cook until greens are wilted and tomatoes are just soft. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour sauce over cooked pasta and top with grated parmesan.
