PB & J Pancakes

These are great for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.

Instructions

  1. Place banana, egg, nut butter & pecans in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Put butter in a pan. Heat the pan until the butter is melted.
  3. Pour the batter in the pan to form small pancakes. Turn to med/low heat and cover. Cook for 2-3 min and flip pancakes. Cook uncovered for 2 additional minutes.
  4. Heat the berries in a pan on the stovetop until soft and juices are released.
  5. Pour the berry sauce over the pancakes and enjoy.
