Pear, Ginger, Jalapeño Chutney

This chutney is delicious alongside fish, on a sandwich, with pork or chicken, or even with some crackers on a cheese platter!

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot, cover, and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes or until the pears are very soft.
  2. Let sauce cool and then plate and serve!
