Pear, Ginger, Jalapeño Chutney
This chutney is delicious alongside fish, on a sandwich, with pork or chicken, or even with some crackers on a cheese platter!
Ingredients

1/4 jalapeño
- seeded and minced

3/4 tsp ginger
- minced

1 1/2 tsp maple syrup

4 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 pear
- diced
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a pot, cover, and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes or until the pears are very soft.
- Let sauce cool and then plate and serve!
