Pecan Crusted Chicken
These pecan-crusted chicken breasts are one delicious bite of rich, buttery flavor and delicate crunch after another.

4 chicken breasts
- boneless, skinless

1 cup pecans
- finely chopped

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 egg
- beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°.
- Beat the egg in a bowl.
- Combine pecans, seasoned salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs then press the chicken into the pecan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breast on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake at 400º for 20-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165. Enjoy!
