  1. Preheat the oven to 400°.
  2. Beat the egg in a bowl.
  3. Combine pecans, seasoned salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs then press the chicken into the pecan mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breast on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 400º for 20-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165. Enjoy!
