Pork Stroganoff

This is a healthy way to enjoy the decadent and timeless pork stroganoff!

Instructions

  1. Put oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, zucchini and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour to the skillet, stir slowly.
  3. Add milk, stirring until sauce begins to thicken.
  4. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream and yogurt. Stir, and heat through.
  5. Serve over quinoa, rice or pasta if desired, and enjoy!
