Ingredients

1 beet
- with greens

1 inch fresh ginger

1 apple

1 lemon
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash vegetables and fruit.
- Cut beet into quarters. Chop beet greens.
- Remove rind from ginger, rind from lemon (remove seeds if there are any), and core and seeds from apple. Cut apple in half.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and cover with water. Blend until smooth.
