Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash vegetables and fruit. 
  2. Cut beet into quarters. Chop beet greens.
  3. Remove rind from ginger, rind from lemon (remove seeds if there are any), and core and seeds from apple. Cut apple in half.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a blender and cover with water. Blend until smooth.
