Pumpkin Pancakes

These pancakes are already so delicious there is no need for syrup. Apples, bananas, or cinnamon would be a fun addition, however!

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients, except butter, together, and use as the pancake batter!
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Once the pan is hot, pour the batter in the pan, cover and cook the pancakes for 3 min. Flip them and cook uncovered.
