These pancakes topped with peanut butter are made with mashed banana for a moist, tender breakfast or an afternoon snack!

Instructions

  1. Put eggs and banana in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Melt coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into the pan and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
  4. Top with peanut butter and enjoy!
