This is fantastic over rice, vegetables, chicken, or fish.

Instructions

  1. Add Coconut oil to a small pan. Once melted add ginger and garlic.
  2. Stir and cook for 3 minutes over med-low heat. Add red curry paste and stir.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and stir.
  4. Add chopped fresh basil and serve.
