Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Sauce
This sauce with a kick can be used for almost anything. Get creative!
Ingredients

2 roasted red peppers
- can use jarred

1/8 tsp chipotle pepper powder

1 clove roasted garlic

2 1/2 tbsp milk
- can substitute cashew milk for dairy free

1/4 tsp fresh rosemary
- chopped fine
Instructions
- Drain Peppers (if using jarred) and place them and all other ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add rosemary.
- Place all ingredients in a pan over medium heat and allow the sauce to come to a simmer.
- Turn the heat down to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, or until the mixture has thickened.
- Use as a dip or a sauce on most anything.
