Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Sauce

This sauce with a kick can be used for almost anything. Get creative!

Instructions

  1. Drain Peppers (if using jarred) and place them and all other ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add rosemary.
  4. Place all ingredients in a pan over medium heat and allow the sauce to come to a simmer.
  5. Turn the heat down to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, or until the mixture has thickened.
  6. Use as a dip or a sauce on most anything.
