Super Quick Vegetable Soup
Ingredients

8 oz diced tomatoes
- canned works!

1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth

1/2 cup greens
- power greens recommended

1/2 cup vegetables
- fresh or frozen - any vegetables work

1/2 tsp oregano
- dried

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a large pot and cook until hot. If using fresh vegetables and not frozen then cover and cook over med/low heat for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
