Sweet Potato Bread

This moist and flavorful loaf is made with pureed sweet potatoes, warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, and a hint of honey and raisins. It is an ideal treat for breakfast or dessert.

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Put the first 4  ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth, and pour into a large bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  4. Use coconut oil to grease your loaf pan.
  5. Place mixture into 1 large loaf pan or 2 small ones. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the middle is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
