Tabbouleh
This traditional Middle Eastern salad features vibrant parsley, ripe tomatoes, and nutty quinoa, all tossed in a zesty lime dressing.
Ingredients

- cook according to package

1/4 pound shrimp
- cooked and cut in half

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes ((cut in half))

1/4 tbsp green onions

1/2 lime juice
- fresh squeezed

- chopped

- fresh, chopped

- fresh, chopped
