Tomato Reduction
This is a simple, all-purpose red sauce that can be used in almost any Italian-influenced dish.
Ingredients

1/2 cup grape tomatoes
- halved

1/2 clove garlic
- minced

1/8 fresh basil (chopped or dried (doubled))

3/4 tsp oil
Instructions
- Put oil in a pan and add garlic. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add tomatoes and turn heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until softened. Add basil and pour over chicken.
